Schedule: Monday (AM and PM), Wednesday (AM and PM) and Friday (AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical lead, offering guidance and supervision to primary care providers.
- Collaborate on schedule optimization to ensure comprehensive provider coverage.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and excellence within the team.
- Lead the implementation of new clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Educate and guide providers on new initiatives, monitoring progress and supporting project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current Texas medical licensure required.
- Board Certification in a primary care discipline such as Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
- Experience in community healthcare settings.
